① Feeding titanium-iron wire into the molten steel results in a stable and uniform reaction, effectively preventing secondary oxidation and promoting rapid inclusion flotation; it also enables precise control of the microalloying element content, thereby increasing the yield of合格 molten steel.
②Titanium exhibits a strong nitrogen-fixing effect, which can reduce alloy consumption and production costs, while also enhancing the strength, corrosion resistance, and stability of steel and improving the properties of cast iron.
