Description
A metallic wire-shaped material made from pure aluminum or aluminum alloy. Its cross-sectional shapes include round, elliptical, square, rectangular, equilateral triangular, and regular polygonal forms, among others.
Aluminum wires are classified by material into pure aluminum wire and alloy aluminum wire, and by application into industrial aluminum wire and craft aluminum wire.
①. Like silicon, aluminum is a commonly used oxidizing agent in steelmaking; it is also employed as a granular refining additive, a nitriding agent, and a heat-generating fuel.
②. Aluminum wire achieves high, consistent, and stable recovery rates because it can be fed to the bottom of the ladle.
