Description
Sulfur-core wire is manufactured by encasing sulfur powder in a steel strip.
①. It facilitates the adjustment and control of sulfur content in molten steel or molten iron, enabling the production of steel or iron products with appropriate sulfur levels.
②. Sulfur is added to molten steel to produce sulfur-containing free-machining steels, with a sulfur recovery rate of over 80%.
③. Adding sulfur to stainless steel molten metal is conducive to improving the machinability of the finished steel and altering the morphology of sulfide inclusions.
