Description
Solid calcium-aluminum wire is manufactured by wrapping a calcium wire with an inner aluminum sheath and then crimping the outer steel strip around it.
①. It can enhance calcium recovery, facilitate the adjustment and control of oxidizable elements and trace elements, purify the molten steel, modify the properties and morphology of inclusions, and thereby improve the quality of the molten steel.
②. It can also control the reaction rate, prevent molten steel spattering, and facilitate calcium–aluminum composite deoxidation to achieve deep deoxidation.
