Description
High-magnesium Spheroidizing agent is wrapped with strip steel to form a wire for use. During spheroidization, the cored wire is directly inserted into the molten iron with adjusted composition in the spheroidizing ladle by a wire-feeding machine to initiate the spheroidization reaction, achieving a Spheroidizing agent absorption rate of over 90%. It is applied in the production of all ductile iron castings.

②. The reaction is stable and the absorption rate is consistent, which can reduce alloy consumption and thereby conserve resources and lower costs.
