Description
The double-layer solid-core pure calcium wire is constructed by wrapping a calcium wire with an inner steel strip and then crimping the outer steel strip to ensure tight engagement; the thickened steel strips enable the calcium wire to be inserted deeper into the molten steel.
①. During the feeding process, conventional cored wire tends to bend easily due to its metallic sheath; in contrast, double-layer solid calcium wire exhibits excellent flexibility and tight engagement, resulting in low resistance as it passes through the wire feeder, stable feeding speed, and accurate feed quantity.
②. Double-layer solid-core pure calcium wire can penetrate to the bottom of the molten steel for complete reaction, thereby adjusting the composition of the molten steel and enhancing its cleanliness, ultimately achieving refining effects.
